We offer a convenient Pick-up and drop-off Service for all your car care and maintenance needs.

We’ll take your vehicle to the dealership, mechanic or the body shop for servicing and bring it back when the work is done. Additionally, we offer gas pumping and car washing services by taking it to the service centre for your convenience.

Safety Service:

  • We pick you and your car from your event and drop you home safely.

  • We pick your guests and their car/s from your event and drop them home safely. 
You can schedule a pick-up online via website or by phone. You can simply fill out the contact form by providing us with your location and preferred date and time, and we will take care of the rest. You can also book right away by selecting the date, time and location here.

We work with a network of trusted dealerships and certified mechanics to
ensure that your car is in good hands. However, we take your car to your preferred service provider.

We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide regular
updates on the progress of your car servicing. Once the work is complete, we
will contact you to arrange for the return of your car.

We accept payment directly on website via credit card, debit card, or bank

Some services such as, drop-off/pick-up services will be charged when we take your car to the service provider

If additional work is required, we will notify you immediately and provide a
detailed quote for the work. We will only proceed with the work with your

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service/appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make
the necessary arrangements. Please note that cancellations are only permitted up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made below 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of Steer Valet’s Service charge.

All services provided by Steer Valet are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

A late fee will be applied for any delay in handing cars to drivers after the initial 5-minute grace period. There will be a $15 charge for every additional 10 minutes beyond this grace period. Service will be canceled if wait time exceeds 30mins.

Yes, it is safe to use Steer Valet for your car pick-up/drop-off needs. We take the
safety and security of your vehicle very seriously, and we have several measures
in place to ensure that your car is in good hands.

First, all of our drivers undergo a rigorous screening process that includes
background checks and driving record checks. They are also required to have a
valid G driver with at least 5 years driving experience and a clean driving record.
Second, we only work with trusted service providers who have the expertise and
experience to service your car.

Third, we have a state-of-the-art tracking system that allows us to monitor the
location and status of your car at all times. This system enables us to provide real-time updates and alerts and ensures that your car is delivered to and from the dealership safely and on time.

Finally, we are fully insured, and our insurance covers any damages that may
occur during the pick-up and drop-off process.

In summary, we take all necessary precautions to ensure that your car is safe
and secure while in our care. You can trust us to provide a reliable, convenient,

Vehicle Preparation:
Clients are responsible for preparing their vehicle before the company arrives to pick it up. This includes removing any personal belongings from the vehicle, ensuring the vehicle has enough fuel, and any other preparation required by your service provider. The company will not be responsible for any damage caused by personal items left in the vehicle.

You pay for services directly to us and we pay the dealership on your behalf

Here are two option:

Option 1: Feel free to contact the chosen local mechanic or dealership directly to inquire about the estimated fee, keeping in mind that the provided amount is only an estimate. “Remember to inform the dealership that you’ll be making the booking through Steer Valet.”

Option 2:
We’ll transport your car to the service center and obtain a quote for you. Please be aware that a 50% delivery charge for pick-up and drop-off applies if you choose not to proceed with the service
