All services provided by Steer Valet are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATION

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service/appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note that cancellations are only permitted up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made below 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of Steer Valet’s Service charge.
