Confidentiality

The company shall maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by the client,
including personal information and vehicle details.

Vehicle Preparation

Clients are responsible for preparing their vehicle before the company arrives to pick it
up. This includes removing any personal belongings from the vehicle, ensuring the
vehicle has enough fuel, and any other preparation required by the dealership. The
company will not be responsible for any damage caused by personal items left in the
vehicle.

Scheduling

Clients must schedule their vehicle servicing appointment with the company in
advance. Clients must provide accurate and detailed information about the
vehicle, including make, model, and year. The company will not be responsible
for any delays or errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Payment

Clients are required to pay for the vehicle servicing fee in full before the service is
provided. The company accepts debit, credit card, or any other acceptable
method of payment agreed upon by the company and the client on our website.
Any additional fees, such as dealership fees or repairs, will be the responsibility
of the client.

Vehicle Condition

Clients must ensure that their vehicle is in a safe and operable condition. The company
reserves the right to refuse to transport a vehicle that is not in a safe condition or does
not meet the legal requirements for road use.

Communication

Clients must maintain open communication with the company throughout the vehicle
servicing process. Clients should inform the company of any changes to their contact
information or the location of the vehicle.

Termination

Clients may terminate the vehicle servicing agreement by providing written notice to the
company. The client will be responsible for any fees incurred up to the point of
termination.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Ontario, Canada] and any disputes
arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of [Ontario,
Canada].

Amendments

This agreement may only be amended by written agreement signed by both parties.

By agreeing to these rules and regulations, clients acknowledge that they have
read and understood the terms and conditions of the vehicle servicing agreement
and agree to be bound by its provisions.
