Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Drive and take customer’s cars to the Service Provider for servicing and maintenance
Retrieve customers; cars and return them promptly and in good condition
Maintain accurate records of cars taken to Service Provider
Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues that arise
Requirements:
A valid G driver’s license (with a minimum of 5 years holding a G license) and a clean driving record.
1-2 years of Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Attention to details and strong organizational skills
Completion of post-secondary education in hospitality or related field is an asset
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and other team members
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding driving, safety, and customer service
