Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Drive and take customer’s cars to the Service Provider for servicing and
    maintenance
  • Retrieve customers; cars and return them promptly and in good condition
  • Maintain accurate records of cars taken to Service Provider
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues that arise

Requirements:

  • A valid G driver’s license (with a minimum of 5 years holding a G license) and a clean driving record.
  • 1-2 years of Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Attention to details and strong organizational skills
  • Completion of post-secondary education in hospitality or related field is an
    asset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and other team members
  • Follow all company policies and procedures regarding driving, safety, and
    customer service
